It's snowing in Buenos Aires, for the first time in 89 years.
I never thought I'd live to see my street covered in snow. It's funny how the matters that occupied your mind moments ago seem so irrelevant after what really is just meteorological phenomena. Those who live in cities where it snows more often than every 89 years... well, choose a different example. Hence the title "and then it snowed".
Wow! I live a desert where we get just a wee bit of snow every year but this year we made a record in our state since we had like... three feet. It was amazing!!! I ahted snow after that but still... XD

Coooool. We rarely get snow in the city here...it snowed Christmas day once (and I'm in Tasmania = Southern Hemisphere = summer = very weird) but didn't land, just turned to slushy rain. Even the snow in winter only stays on the local mountain (and it helps to think of it as just a reeeeally big hill). I've only been in snow 3 times, and never until I moved here.
Tis pretty special stuff for a 'meteorogical phenomenon' ^^
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More

The perk of being a second-rate artist is that no one wants to steal your crap.
