Which road to take, when there's nowhere to go?

-------

This is the second piece of the series of "fortune cookies". Several small pieces, centered on different characters. I did them to try and overcome a bit of an art-slump, and to try different ways of digital colouring.

I am definitely enjoying this series so far; the muted pallete and the sketchy style meld wonderfully. The semi-surreal characters are definitely an excellent subject for this style.

I really like the conceptual contrast between the lil' summer dress and the big ol' tire for some reason. Expressive and cute; nicely done :).

If you can't laugh at it, it doesn't deserve to be taken seriously.

Awesome work. I really like the color scheme.......

She's so sweet... I love the soft tone of it all. The first in the "fortune cookie" series was great too. This one is adorable, I like the hair. :3

I love the contrast between the dainty little girl and the more heavy, bulky tire.. Makes an interesting composition.. And I don't even need to mention how good the linework is.. Great work, man!

I like. The expression on her face matches the question you posed in the description, and the softness of the girl stands out. The flat background with but a wisp of cloud is good to, as it doesn't draw your attention away from the girl and her tire. That part is also intriguing, like it's her ride to no where from the looks of it. Again, I like. Another sweet piece in the series....

Maravillosa. Sigo admirando tu talento con cada dibujo. El titulo y la frase la completan perfecto.
