This is an illustration I finished very recently, thought as the cover for the book "The black spider" (I think the original is in German, hence the phrase at the bottom). I know the design looks very very simplistic, but this is supposed to work within a design (not the way it looks here).
This was done mixing traditional and digital media.
I know the image is a bit heavy, but if you don't see it with a certain amount of detail, you'll miss all the fun
I'm not sure what kind of response this'll have because.. [EDIT] -> forget I said it was boring. Maybe it's calm and simple, instead of boring. Now shush and look at all the tiny spiders ^^U
